Cashmere is categorized into three grades A, B and C, that are defined by diameter and length and can further be broken down into color.
Grade A is considered the finest quality cashmere, with <16.5 microns fibers and a length between 36-40 mm.
Grade B is slightly coarser, with fibers ranging from 18-19 microns and shorter staple lengths.
